Seeking 3-4 young Christian working women or students interested in renting private rooms with shared spaces. Hoping to fill this home with a community that fosters an atmosphere of kindness where friendship and faith can flourish. 

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to 4 HOA Rec Centers, multiple private gyms, shopping, restaurants, and over 130 trails. With over 2400 sf of living space and a quaint, quiet backyard equipped with grill and lawn furniture, it’s the perfect place to relax. And the cozy kitchen is fully equipped. Large dining room table can seat 6 for a group meal or game night.

Private rooms are $875 a month with shared bathroom. Master bedroom with private bath and 2 walk in closets is $1200 monthly. Discounted rent available for current Denver Seminary students with proof of enrollment.  Utilities will be split among residents and typically run about $68 a person. Deposit is one month’s rent. Due to owner allergies – no pets and no smoking or drugs allowed on property.
