Hello! My name is Ashley and I went to Denver Seminary this past Fall and I am looking for a third roommate starting January 1, 2025. We have one bedroom with two closets available. The new occupant would share a bathroom with one other roommate. The house is 2,500 sq ft and includes 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a sunporch, and a closed in backyard! The house is located in the University Hills Neighborhood located near Hampden & Yale. The lease is for two years!
