**Lease terms would be until June 2025 and then re-evaluated for a longer-term basis (6-12 months).
**Located in the Southmoor neighborhood, about 20 min drive to Denver Seminary and a 5 min drive to the 25 freeway entrance.
The condo has 3 beds/2 baths totaling about 1600 sq ft. It has a shared kitchen with lots of cabinetry, 2 dining areas, one living room area, and a backyard patio. The condo is situated in a very quiet community that includes access to a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and mailroom. There is lots of parking within the community; however covered parking is an additional expense.
