-$700 security deposit and 3-month lease to start and then can go month to month.
-Private entrance, but it is in our home so we have some house rules (no smoking, pets, guns, or overnight guests.)
-Two major bus lines to take you to downtown.
-Plenty of on-street parking.
Our last tenant signed up for a 3-month lease and has stayed two and a half years. She is moving out of state and so we are looking for our next housemate.
