Housing Board

Hello! I am a recent DenSem graduate looking to share rent with a couple other people in a great apartment in a safe and beautiful neighborhood in Lakewood (20 minutes from DenSem). This would be a room with walk-in closet, bathroom, and balcony in a shared 2-bedroom apartment. The kitchen, living, room, and laundry would be shared with myself and my dog. The room has historically been rented by a married couple and I would need to continue with either another married couple or 2 females with at least one being willing to share a room in order to keep the rent costs low. (We can determine fair rent costs based on who is interested in living here and how we would like to arrange.) Utilities and Internet are around $35-$45/month per person. No additional dogs or cats but animals that live primarily in a cage or tank are allowed. The apartment is a spacious and open 1048 square foot and has a shared pool and lawn space. We can rotate the use of the garage, reserved space, and off-street parking. The lease would be for one year beginning at the end of August with option to renew afterward. (There is the potential it could be available a little earlier.)

I am a recent graduate in my 30s and off to get started in the counseling field. I enjoy hiking, running, and board games. I am pretty quiet while at the house and like to keep common spaces tidy. I would love to have community in the apartment but also respect the need for roommate space. My dog is a sweet and fun-loving brittany who would love to be your buddy as well if you enjoy dogs.
