Basement Apartment or Room for Rent (in House with Family)
Basement Apt with Large Bedroom, den and private bathroom
Freshly painted, new carpet basement apartment. A private bath with shower, and unfurnished den area, and a furnished large bedroom.
We would prefer to have a female this space because we are three females, three generations living in this house. I am a 66-year-old semi-retired woman, my daughter in her ’40s and my 12-year-old granddaughter. We also have a small very chill Chihuahua mix rescue dog.
Please no pets. There is a refrigerator in the garage that will be yours to use and you will have use of the washer and dryer upstairs in the main living area. All utilities are included in the rent and there is a $400 security deposit.
