I am a senior Jewish Christian male with a 5000 sq ft home (including basement) in a nice quiet golf course community with large lots (mine is just under 1 acre) 1 mile from Cherry Creek Reservoir & State Park. I am a licensed contractor and licensed Realtor.

The basement is over 2000 sq ft. It does not have a private entrance. It’s more of an upscale home in a very nice neighborhood with wide streets and big lots in a golf course community with clubhouse and pool (I’m on the golf course). It’s 1 mile from Cherry Creek State Park & off-leash dog park where I go 2-3 times per week with my 3 super-friendly rescue dogs.

I am renting out my basement apartment. It does not have a separate entrance-it’s through the house. It’s been 100% newly remodeled last year including carpet. There are 2 large BRs, one 3/4 private bath, full private kitchen with newer stainless appliances & granite countertops. It’s fully furnished including beds if needed.

The lot is just under an acre, has a huge back yard surrounded by mature trees, with a huge patio and lots of patio furniture. It’s 3 blocks from the golf course, a clubhouse available for rental, and a large community pool. I am on a corner lot with plenty of street parking as well as space for a few cars in the enlarged driveway. It is a peaceful neighborhood. 

I have 3 super dogs that are people & pet friendly. They love company. I would be open to one non-destructive dog. No cats unless it gets along with dogs. 

I am open to renting to a couple, 2 singles, or a couple and a single.

Seeking just 1 or 2 people or a couple plus a single 
Non-cigarette smoker
Likes dogs
NO cats
No kids (may consider 1 adult + 1 child not needing daycare)
Responsible and pays on time
Keeps normal hours, not noisy or partier
Low maintenance, easy-going personality

Anything I should know: foreclosures, evictions, jail, DUIs, parole etc

Rent is $2200 total, includes upscale furnishings, dishes & utensils, linens, laundry room access, driveway parking, all utilities, Direct TV with movie channels, wifi. If you are a single person it could be split in half if another single person shares the apt. If there are 3, such as a couple and a single, it would be $3000 total/month. A dog will require a pet deposit and damage waiver. Discount to pay at least 3 months in advance.
