We have a beautiful four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home in Littleton, within walking distance of the Bemis Library, the Littleton Museum, and a park. We have two female Christian renters in the basement and are hoping to rent out our two upstairs rooms as well. One of the rooms comes with a private half bathroom (sink and toilet), and the renter of the other upstairs room will have access to the garage. Our home has lots of natural light, a nice-sized kitchen, a dining room that seats 8- perfect for hosting friends, two living rooms (one with a wood-burning fireplace), and a large laundry room. It is on a third of an acre, and the backyard is fully fenced in, has a large garden section, a picnic table, a fire pit, a brand new playground area, as well as a deck off the kitchen where we eat a lot of our meals.
