Room for rent – for a Christian female – in my newly purchased 2-story, 4 BR home near Ken Caryl and Platte Canyon in Littleton.  You would have a Private, upstairs room with wood floors, hall bath with 2 sinks and tub with shower.  Shared kitchen, dining, living room, reading room with fireplace and sun room. Large yard, deck, & front porch to enjoy the outdoors in quiet, safe neighborhood.

Several days a month, when I have work travel, the home would be all yours.

Garage space available.

I am a mature professional who enjoys mountain biking, skiing, living a healthy lifestyle, and volunteering with Awana.

I work from home when not traveling.

No smoking.  No pets, please.  Prefer someone who likes cats as I hope to get some.

***Short-term/temporary housing is an option (e.g. month-to-month) as is longer-term.
