Our home is very peaceful and comfortable. Two story with basement, total of 3,000 sq. feet. Laundry is in the basement, bedrooms are upstairs on the second level.
We do not have pets and keep the home very clean.
There are one and a half bathrooms that are shared. The full bathroom has a new shower with larger tub.
All the utilities are included with rent.
Shared use of all appliances including washer and dryer.
There is a digital door lock for the front door and bedroom doors, with outdoor security cameras.
My son and I have lived here for 14 years. We delight in sharing the blessing of our home with others.
Room has an available Queen size bed and all needed linens.
The furniture in this room can be removed to accommodate your personal furniture.
Has a shared bathroom, small closet, and dresser.
The room is on the second floor of the home and the window faces east.
