Bedroom window & large balcony has epic views of Red Rocks Amphitheater & the Rocky Mountains.  Trail access to Bear Creek Lake Park nearby. Easy access to downtown, the mountains, and Denver Seminary.

I am an early 30’s male working in counseling private practice (DenSem grad) and normally work in-office afternoons & evenings. I’m quiet, chill, and tidy, but enjoy hosting and sharing meals & good conversation, if that is of interest.

Looking for 1 individual male or female, and am open to negotiating a rate for married couples.

Smoke & drug free. Home security system installed. I love animals, but no pets and currently not accepting any to stay.
