We’re looking for a female roommate to join our cozy 4 bed / 2 bath house near Belleview and Broadway! You’d be living with a couple of other christian girls in a comfortable home. 

About the house:

• 🍳 Spacious, updated kitchen with lots of counter space

• 🛋️ Two separate living areas — great for relaxing or working from home

• 🌳 Large fenced backyard overlooking a beautiful greenbelt

• 🚗 8 minutes from Denver seminary and downtown Littleton; 15 minutes from Wash Park; 18 minutes from downtown Denver 

We are all Christian girls who go to different churches in the area. We love hiking, being outdoors, baking, and movie nights. We’re looking for another girl to move-in who’s clean, respectful, and enjoys a chill, friendly home environment.

Rent is $850/month and includes all utilities. Move-in available as early as January 1, but can be available earlier if needed. 

There is one small goldendoodle in the home currently. We are open to considering other well-trained dogs, but prefer no cats and no shedding.
