You choose your rent! Ranch home with a lovely private backyard and patio.
Your choice: a larger room with 2 large windows, a shared full bathroom OR a smaller room with one large window and a shared full bathroom. Both are on the main floor. In the house, we share the use of the kitchen, sunroom, living room, and den. The shared areas would need to be kept tidy. The home is bright and well maintained. Trails and gyms are nearby.
It is a drug and smoke free home with Chrisitan values. We enjoy some conversations and respect each other’s privacy. The neighborhood is safe, and street parking is right in front of the home. No pets are possible. There would be four housemates total with one of them traveling often.
12 minutes to Denver Seminary, 2 minutes to Streets of Southglenn shopping.
780 includes utilities and highspeed internet for the larger room.
