We are DenSem alumni renting out our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo. 🙂 It’s in the Southglenn neighborhood, which is a great location (15 min from DenSem, right across the street from the pretty Southglenn shopping center where there’s restaurants, Whole Foods, a library, a movie theater, a big public fountain, etc.).

It’s a second story condo (all one level once inside). Unfurnished. In-unit washer/dryer. Front and back patios. Small walk-in closet in the master bedroom. One assigned covered carport space, plus plenty of uncovered parking right at the bottom of the stairs. Assigned storage room. Access to the clubhouse, which includes a year-round indoor pool, hot tub, and small fitness area.

$1,900/month rent plus $100/month utilities (which includes electricity, gas, trash, water, and snow removal).

Pets will be accepted on a case by case basis and an additional charge for pets may apply.

No smoking or marijuana use permitted.

6, 12, and 18 month leases are available.

Available for Feb 1, 2026 move-in.
