Ladies only!The house is in a great neighbourhood across the street from Harvard Gulch Park in South Denver. We are 5 minutes from DU, 10 minutes from Wash Park, and 15 minutes from downtown Denver!
It is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, two main floor bedrooms are the ones that will be available. The other girls in the house are in their 20s, each are involved in churches in the area, love to be active, and are wonderful roomies! It’s a very chill home, peaceful, and safe. We value having similar Christian values in the home.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t have any pet allergies as we have a small dog in yhe home.
