Looking for a female to rent basement room in 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house with 2 other females.
Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Main floor consists of living room, dining area, and kitchen. Basement has room available for rent along with a bathroom with shared laundry, as well as a living area. Small fenced in backyard and patio.
Looking to do 6 month lease with possibility of renewing. Rent is 800/month plus utilities that are split 3 ways usually around 100/month (includes electric, water, garbage, and internet). Looking to start in January but will be available as early as mid December if interested.
No drugs, smoking, marijuana, or drinking in excess. Looking for someone who will be considerate and keep the shared spaces clean.
