Hey everyone! My roommate, Anna, and I are looking for one more lady to fill the third bedroom in the 3bed/2.5bath townhouse that we rent in Littleton near Wadsworth and Chatfield (easy access to C470). You would share a bathroom with Anna, and there is an extra half bath as well. Rent is $775/month with a matching deposit. Rent includes utilities. The only other expense would be around $20/month for internet. Lease is month to month. The room is unfurnished. It will be available starting the beginning of January.
Anna and I are in our 30s. We’d like to find someone mid-twenties to thirties. I work from home for a nonprofit, and Anna is a Nanny. We both attend local churches. We like to keep a clean and peaceful home. Shared spaces are fragrance free. We are open to considering one dog.
