We have a room available immediately in our beautiful home in Cory Merrill/Bonnie Brae! It’s a four-bedroom house shared by professional women in our thirties and we have really great neighbors! Rent is $500 + utilities and truly a steal for this area.

Room: Freshly remodeled, bright basement room available asap. It’s very cozy, sound proof, and has optional smart lights that can come on with the sunrise. You’d share a clean, heated tile bathroom with 1 other.

The house has tons of storage, great common spaces (2 large living rooms), and is perfect for gathering friends while still being a restful, peaceful home.

We’re looking for:
Ideally a woman in her thirties-ish who values keeping shared spaces clean, contributes to yard work as needed, pays rent on time, and enjoys occasional hosting. This home has housed Christian ladies for over 15 years (with no rent change) through word of mouth and we’re hoping it’s a blessing to others! Unfortunately, the landlord doesn’t allow pets.

About us:
One of us coordinates missions at a high school, one works remotely for Young Life (WFH 2-3x a week), and I’m a freelance film editor / designer (WFH 2-3x a week). We’re all busy (out most nights and weekends), but we love coming home to a restful, supportive space. We enjoy hosting dinners, parties, and backyard movie nights. We all attend different churches.
