Walkout Studio Basement in Single Family Home
My husband and I are renting our walkout studio basement beginning February 1st, 2026. Available for a 6 or 12 month lease, but 12 months is preferable.
Price: $900/month + utilities (usually ~$100)
Security deposit: $450
Location: Englewood, CO. Major cross streets are Santa Fe and 285. Only 10 minutes from Denver Seminary!
About the space: the basement has a separate walk out entrance for tenant privacy and comfort. There is an open space for bed, seating and/or dining. A kitchenette equipped with a fridge, stove, cooktop, sink and ample counter space. There is a 3/4 bath with a standing shower and a spacious closet. The only shared amenity is the laundry which can be accessed by the tenant through the back yard.
Additional details: Dog friendly with additional pet rent and damage deposit. We have two dogs, so they would need to get along! The backyard is huge and fully fenced.
The space can come partially furnished if desired. Let me know if that is something you’re interested in and I can share what furniture is available for use.
About us: My husband and I have been married almost 5 years and have two kids (almost 2 and 7 months). We don’t smoke or drink and are generally in bed around 8:30/9. Looking for a tenant who will respect quiet hours in the evening while kiddos are sleeping!
