Hi everyone!

I’m looking for a subleaser starting ASAP, but am flexible with start date. The sublease would run through July 31st. The rental house is 3 bed and 2 bath in Lakewood. W/D and A/C are provided. The kitchen and living room are fully furnished. You would have a parking spot in the garage as well! The house is located in a super safe neighborhood— central to a bunch of grocery stores, and only 15-20 mins to downtown Denver, Littleton and Golden.

Your bedroom would be fully unfurnished, unless you wanted the mattress and bedframe (both are almost brand new, bought in May!) The rest of the house is almost fully furnished, but there is excess storage space in the basement if you need.

Rent is $800/person including utilities. There are three girls total in the house, but each has their own room. (No pets please). Message me if you’re interested!
