We have a four-bedroom house and three of those bedrooms are rented out by young Christian women. We are looking for one more girl to rent out the last room. Whoever rents out the room will have a private toilet and sink but will need to share a shower with the upstairs renter. It is $850/month (That includes utilities). It sits on a third of an acre, and there is a large garden section (and an empty chicken hutch if you want to fill it). The house has an open flow from the living room to the dining room, with a large dining table that seats eight, great for hosting! We have newly updated the laundry room and refinished the garden-level basement.
