Looking for a safe, comfortable, and welcoming place to call home in Denver? We have one bedroom available for a female renter in our fully-equipped basement suite.
The Space Our basement has a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a laundry room. We have an amazing back patio and backyard with a hot tub and pergola. We currently have a tenant living in 1 of the rooms – she is a Denver Seminary student and she is wonderful to live with.
The Area We live in one of the safest neighborhoods in Denver. There are lots of young families, big trees, and people are always out walking and biking. It is a neighborhood called Wellshire, which is near University and Hampden (only 15 minutes to Denver Seminary, 10 minutes to DTC, and 15 minutes to downtown).
