The room includes a private full bathroom and separate access through the garage, offering a good balance of privacy and community living. A decorative fireplace adds character to the space (currently non-functional). There is a decent sized closet, and some extra hanging storage right outside the room next to the laundry.

You’ll be sharing the home with one adult, one school-aged kiddo, one other roommate, our goofy dog, Remus (he’s a labradoodle—big but cuddly), and a cat, Milo (he’s kind of a grump, but cute).

This space would be a great fit for someone who appreciates a relaxed, respectful home environment and is comfortable living with pets and kids.

Both adults smoke, but only outdoors. We are all in and out at odd hours, but respectful of each others’ space and time. We have Mile High Disposal for Trash and Recycling, Xfinity internet and better than basic cable plus solar panels to help offset the energy bills.
