I’m looking for 2 other women of faith to fill a 3 bedroom home. Move in ready July 1st!
Bedroom #1, $700 per month, a decent sized space for you to host a single friend or close family member making a short visit, located in the upper level of the home.
Bedroom #2, $800 per month, perfect for someone who needs the extra space to work on projects or works from home. You would have your own private, half bathroom, located in the lower level .

-On-site washer and dryer
-Furnished patio area with fire pit
-2 car shared garage plus street parking
-Utilities run about $85-110 per month
-Near Washington Park, Harvard Gulch
-13 minute drive to Denver Seminary
I’m a full time caregiver, I enjoy staying physically active, home cooked meals, discipling and serving my church family. I read a lot and always looking for the next best place to run or hike. We would also be sharing our space with Sassafras, my 15 pound, 7 year old chihuahua/whippet.
The ideal roommate is someone who enjoys community, appreciates a clean home, seeks open and honest conversations and holds a high value in their spiritual growth.
