Utilites are split 3 ways and include internet, electric, water, and garbage usually about $100 total per month per person. Shared space includes a living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry, and small fenced in backyard and patio. Across the street is a park including an off leash dog park. Parking is either in driveway or on the street. Very convenient location near 285 (Hampden) and 85 (Santa Fe).
A little about me: I am a single female in my 30’s. I am a counselor. I am involved in my church. I like to ski, hike, dance, do projects, etc.
Looking for a female. Someone who will be considerate of the shared space and clean up after themselves. No drugs, no smoking, no marijuana, and drinking within moderation.
