Looking to fill our 3rd bedroom with a female professional in her 20s or 30s in Lakewood starting Nov 1st. We live in a 3br2ba apartment off of Wadsworth and 285 @ the Skyecrest appartments. The open bedroom is the smallest of the 3, but has a lots of light and walk-in closet. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other girl. Rent is $785 + utilities. The complex has a pool, small gym and is close to lots of grocery stores (Costco, TJs, Sprouts, Whole foods) and restaurants.
Myself, and my roomate are both in our late 20s and mental health therapists at local private practices in the Denver area. We love the outdoors, camping skiing and doing all the things CO has to offer!
