Hi hi! My roommates and I are looking for 1 female roomie to join our house starting September 1st! Rent is $708 (plus utilities).
Our house is in a great neighbourhood across the street from Harvard Gulch Park in South Denver. We are 10 minutes from Wash Park and 15 minutes from downtown Denver!
There will be four girls total sharing a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. You would get your own upstairs unfurnished bedroom with a shared bathroom. The other three girls in the house are in their mid 20s, go to churches in the area, and love to be active! We have a peaceful and fun home.
We’re looking for someone who loves dogs but doesn’t have any of their own, as we have two sweet, well behaved dogs in the house already!
