Basement Apartment or Room for Rent (in House with Family)
1 BR for Rent in a 2BR/1BA apartment
My husband and I are looking for a female or male housemate to fill our second bedroom. We rent a 2BR/1BA apartment in the downtown Littleton area (about 6 minutes away from Den Sem). The rent rate is a negotiable flat rate which includes utilities, electricity, and wifi. This could be a short/term or long/term stay. Parking is free. We are looking to sublease the apartment to someone who is comfortable with sharing their life with us!
The room is furnished with a full-size bed and desk (although this can be removed if needed). There is closet space and an extra storage space option in the building for $15/month. We also have a furnished kitchen and living room area that we are happy to share with extra cupboard and fridge space. Cats are welcome.
Within walking distance: Lost Coffee, Starbucks, Bemis Public Library, trail runs, Main Street, Cherry Cricket, Gallup Park
