Room in central Denver Whitter neighborhood (2508 Gilpin St. Denver, CO 80205) – half mile from City Park – available for either one Christian woman (to take over my room and half of the lease) or any two people to take over the entire 2 bedroom home and lease. The duplex is located between downtown and City Park in a beautiful central Denver neighborhood, right by Whittier Cafe. I’m moving out of state, so am looking for either one or two people to take over the lease, ending July 31, 2024 with the possibility to renew. If a single female wants to move in, they get to live with my amazing roommate, Mary Grace (awesome Christian woman who is a nurse) and next to my great landlord, John (who lives on the other side of the duplex). The room will be available as early as Dec. 10, or the whole house by Jan. 1. Rent is $1,075/month for one person or $2,150 for 2 people taking over the whole lease (it’s a great price for the location and space!). There’s a spare room and washer/dryer in the basement and a little area in the back for sitting outside.
