My name’s Mary and I’m a part-time MDiv student at Den Sem looking for another female Den Sem student to share a fully furnished 2BR town home. Peaceful, quiet, relaxed atmosphere.

Beautiful, clean, sunny town home with off-street parking in a super safe area. Three levels – first floor living room, second level kitchen, dining, and study, and top floor with 2 bedrooms each with their own bath separated by a hallway and laundry. The available bedroom is fully furnished with a queen bed, new mattress, dresser, desk, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom.

Great location! On the SW corner of the I-470 & 1-25 interchange between Highlands Ranch, Centennial, Denver Tech Center, and Castle Pines. Walking distance to restaurants, Lone Tree Rec Center, Prairie Sky Park, and Bluffs Regional Park trails. Less than 10 minutes to Park Meadows Mall, Target, and Sky Ridge Hospital. 25-minute drive to Denver Seminary.

If you need a place for short stays like if you’re new to the area, have family/friends visiting, or are visiting faculty – this would be a great place! If you’re looking for a home for a semester or more, that works, too! $45/night for short stays up to 3 weeks; we can work out a lower price for longer stays.
