Rent Details: $1300 for both rent and utilties. Yes, it’s a bit more, but the added perks are worth it – a spacious quiet haven with a feel of a townhome and a car garage (super nice for snowy-stormy winter months)! 🚗 Available mid-summer of 2024, but can be flexible with earlier or later move in.

Visitor Policy: I value our shared living space, so I kindly request no male visitors unless it’s for friends’ get-togethers or occasional dinners. If I get to know your boyfriend and feel super comfortable, slight exceptions can be made. This policy would be vice versa if I were to start dating, though no plans for that currently.

About Me: By day, a finance professional; by night, all about counseling, inner healing, and active church involvement. Quality time with my kiddo involves dance parties (you’re totally invited to join!).
