Hello! My name is Ashley and I went to Denver Seminary this past Fall and I am looking for a third roommate starting September 1st. We have a Primary Bedroom with two closets and a private bathroom available. The house is 2,500 sqft and includes 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a sunporch, and a closed in backyard! The house is located in the University Hills Neighborhood located near Hampden & Yale. The lease is for two years!
