Hi there! 👋🏼 We are looking for a female roomie to move in Nov 1st or sooner. Rent is $723 plus utilities with one month security deposit upon move-in.
The house is in a great neighborhood across the street from Harvard Gulch Park in South Denver. We are 10 minutes from Wash Park and 15 minutes from Denver Seminary!😃
You will be living with three other girls in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. You will get your own upstairs unfurnished bedroom (14×12) with a shared bathroom. The other three girls in the house are in their late 20s/early 30s, they each are involved in churches in the area, and love to be active— they’re all wonderful company! It’s a very chill home, peaceful and safe.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t have any pet allergies as we have a cat & a small dog in the home.
