Housing Board

My roommate, Anna, and I are looking for one more lady to fill the third bedroom in the 3bed/2.5bath townhouse that we rent in Littleton near Wadsworth and Chatfield (easy access to C470). You would share a bathroom with one other person, and there is an extra half bath as well. Rent is $775/month which includes utilities. The only other expense would be $20/month for internet. Lease is month to month. The room will be available around the first of November. Anna has a small dog and the landlord has asked for no more pets. No smoking or drugs. We keep the shared spaces fragrance free.

Anna and I are in our early 30s. I work from home for a nonprofit as a linguist, and Anna is a Nanny. We both attend local churches.

Some extra perks:

-Access to the HOA pool and hot tub Memorial day through Labor Day

-Lawn mowing and snow-shoveling is done by the HOA.

-Kitchen has lots of storage space and there’s an extra fridge in the garage.

-In home washer and dryer

-Off-street parking
