Small ranch style home in cul de sac, open space just outside the front door, walking trails, Weaver Hollow Park on other side of open space has outdoor pool (needs lifeguards for summer work) close to Red Rocks and Bear Creek Park. I’m a single woman I work from home part time during the week, so although a shared bathroom I don’t think we would be in each others way. The room has twin trundle bed, dresser, closet and TV. I don’t have cable but willing to share my passwords for Netflix, prime video, Disney etc! Shared kitchen you are free to use anything in kitchen. I am a Christian I do attend church and a ladies bible study during the week.
