This is a light and airy townhouse on a quiet street with very little traffic where the neighbors are quiet and friendly. Close to 1-25 and 470, as well as public transportation, plenty of restaurants, open space, and a grocery store within walking distance. Fiddlers Green is about 1 mile away.
The room features garage parking for one car, in-unit laundry, plenty of private living space, including a private living room as well as separate loft that could be a home office or gym, swimming pool and tennis court, balcony, and gas fireplace.
There is one other person living in the unit, however the only shared space is the kitchen and laundry room. The other person is easy to live with and who largely keeps to himself, but does request that the other person respect his own private space.
This room can come partially furnished with a bed, dresser, new leather couch and recliner, fully stocked kitchen, and dining room table at no extra charge. Or can come as unfurnished, this will be the tenants choice.
One small dog or cat will be considered. No breed
restrictions, it would just have to be a good fit.
The $1250 with a year lease and the potential to renew. The price can be negotiable, but will be dependent on the potential tenant being the right fit.
This has been a wonderful home for me for the past two years, and I hate to move. There are times it feels as if I live alone, but without the price. I would love to stay here longer, but am getting married and am moving on to the next stage of life.
