Centrally located 2 blocks from the W Line RTD stop, 10 minute drive to Sloans Lake, 10 minute drive to Belmar and 3 minutes to Crown Hill park. Both bedrooms have walk in closets, private bathrooms and natural light. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and gas stove with a walk in pantry. Asking $2800 total. Water and trash included as well as snow removal. $300 pet fee. 1 year lease starting mid June or mid July.
