We are looking to rent out the two bedrooms in our newly renovated basement. Both basement bedrooms have full egress windows (south facing with great natural light) and 2 bathrooms (1 shower, other is a half bath) shared by tenants. Bedrooms are directly adjacent to each other. Both bedrooms share access to a refrigerator and basement wet bar with dishwasher, ice machine, sink, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and air fryer. Basement living room and laundry shared with family of 4 living upstairs (basement living room only lightly used by our family). Upstairs kitchen also shared for oven/stove use as needed. Fantastic outdoor patio, backyard, and hot tub retreat also shared with the household. Rooms are listed at $1,100 for a slightly larger room with double closet and $950 for a slightly smaller room (utilities included). We are open to a couple that wants to rent out both rooms, or two individuals who want to rent out the rooms together. No pets please.
