Our home is ideally situated 1 mile from the 470. Quick access to Denver Seminary, Red Rocks, hiking, downtown Littleton, and an easy shot to all that Denver has to offer!

The Space:
Basement apartment with private entrance located in a quiet neighborhood in Columbine. Only 1 mile from the 470, minutes from Wadsworth and Santa Fe (about 10 minutes to Denver Seminary!)–this location is convenient for almost anything in the Denver area!

I work at Denver Seminary and live in the main living space of the home with my wife and two young children–so you’ll be able to hear us during the day, but we quiet down quickly in the evening! To help with the noise, we’ll always provide you with ear plugs and white noise machines in each of the bedrooms.

The space is cozy, but is fully furnished and has everything you need! Apartment consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms are furnished with a queen bed, desk & chair, hanging rack, and a dresser. The bathrooms each include toilet, sink, and shower. The in-apartment laundry is located in one of the bathrooms.

The kitchen features refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and full stove and is stocked with basic spices and oil, pots & pans, dinnerware, and more! The dining space seats up to four people. There is a large closet off the kitchen as well.

The living room comfortably seats 5 people with a full couch and two chairs (and you can always pull out the desk chairs for more seating, if needed!). Smart TV and decorative fireplace round out the space.

Finally, you’ll have a small patio with seating for two situated on the side of the house with your private entrance.
