Hi! We’re looking for a 3rd roommate to join our townhome —you would have your own room upstairs and a shared bathroom with parking out back and on the street!

Our townhome is in a great location right off of I-25/I-225, making it easy to get around town. Rent is $742/month + utilities and will be available Aug 1, plus we have the BEST landlords! We’re looking for someone who is friendly, easygoing, clean, respectful, and always down for fun adventures, late-night ice cream runs, hosting people at the house, and living room just dance parties 💃🏼! We would love to have a third roommate who is looking for a home that feels more like a place to belong and build community than just a place to live 🙂

A little bit about us: Maddy is a professional wedding photographer and waitress, so she is very social and loves meeting new people! She attends Southside Bible Church and young adults nights at Lifegate Church on Tuesday evenings. Britney works for a nonprofit youth ministry and attends The Heights Church. Her job is hybrid — she works from home a lot but also travels for events, trips, and ministry opportunities and is also a wedding coordinator on the side!

We both love being outside, camping, traveling, exploring new places (whether that’s in the mountains or around town), and creating a home where people feel welcomed. We love hosting friends, making memories, and enjoying the little things — including Britney’s morning lattes ☕️
