Brianna and I are looking for a third, female roommate to share our 3 bed/2 bath townhouse in the Cherry Creek/Glendale area starting August 1st! Rent for the available room would be around $950, not including utilities.
Great location, close to shops, restaurants, and a couple miles from Wash Park! You would share a bathroom with one other person. The unit is newly renovated with nice appliances and finishes, washer/dryer in unit, and plenty of spots to park. Will be mostly furnished. Looking for someone who is responsible and likes to keep common areas tidy! No pets and non smokers please.
A little bit about us: Both of us are in our mid-20s, attend Brave Church, and love the Lord! We both enjoy the outdoors, game nights, and exploring Denver! We like to host and have friends over as well as being alone to recharge:) Please send a DM if you think it would be a good fit!
