Welcome to our family’s furnished 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome! We are missionaries and split our time between Colorado and Uganda. We are looking for a family (or others) to enjoy our cozy home for 6 – 12 months while we travel. However, this is negotiable and we are open to extending the lease out longer. Southpark is a beautiful, well-maintained community with parks, swimming pools, tennis courts, and access to amazing trails. It is located just minutes away from Denver Seminary! 

On the main floor you will find a living area decorated with African art from our travels and a spacious dining room and kitchen that has everything you would ever need for cooking. Also on the main floor there is laundry and a 1/2 bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find the master bedroom with a full bathroom and walk in closet. Also upstairs, there is one bedroom set up with a bunkbed (great for young kids), another bedroom that is set up as an office/workplace but can easily be converted into a bedroom, and another full bathroom.  Downstairs you’ll find a finished basement that our kids love to use as an open playroom and a bonus 4th bedroom with a full bathroom. You’ll also enjoy the two car attached garage and a patio with furniture and a grill!
