Housing Board

This house has historically been populated with seminary students. The Landlord is a Christian and is a wonderful man who is very responsive to tenants’ needs.  He hasn’t raised rent in 3 years and has no plans to raise rent. The lease is month to month; please give a 30-60-day notice for when you plan to live somewhere else. The neighborhood is quiet, full of families, and near a path that goes right to downtown Littleton. The price and location makes the price a steal, and the roommates make it priceless.
