Rent: 915 +utilities/wifi (~$80) (Rent price could increase slightly if the landlord increases the rent, but this is what I pay currently)

The Space: 1 bedroom, shared bathroom. The room is 11 ft x 10 ft and includes a closet space. There is a shared garage and you can store some things there as well and the house has ample extra closet space to store things if you need. Nice backyard outdoor space that is fenced in. There’s another room in the house that is used as a home office/ room for guests. the house is a duplex, so there are tenants on the ground level floor, but they have their own outdoor space and their own entrance and the only thing we share with them is the garage. Personally, I hardly ever heard or saw them.

Pets: No pets

Parking: You could share the garage parking with the other girl and switch off every month, there is also ample street parking, and there room in the back of the house to park as well.

Your Roommate: The other roommate you’d be living with is a really nice gal in her 30s, she is a counselor and works from home mostly and is super easy going and great to live with.

The area: walking distance to DU, parks, coffee shops and restaurants, as well as a grocery store. A 5 min drive from Wash Park, and very easy access to 285, and I-25.  The neighborhood is overall pretty quiet, and I’ve always felt very safe.

Move In Date: June 1 (Potential for earlier depending on when I move)

 I’ve loved living here, I’m only moving because I got a new job and can afford my own place, but otherwise would have stayed.
