Housing Board

My roommate and I are looking for another gal to live with us starting July 1st. Our current roommate is getting married and moving out. I am 24 and my roommate is 23 so we are looking for someone in their 20s also. I am currently a student at Den Sem and a nanny on the side. My roommate is a barista and social media manager. We are pretty close and love spending time together when we get the chance. We will often play pickleball, watch movies, etc. We are very respectful toward one another and like to keep the place pretty clean.

The townhouse is about 15-20 minutes away from campus on Kipling and Dartmouth. It’s a great location as we are close to the mountains while also being right by 285. The neighborhood is super safe and is within walking distance of Bear Creek Trail. The rent is 700/month and utilities are typically an additional 50/month so it is very affordable. You would have your own unfurnished bedroom with a ton of natural light and a shared bathroom with just one other girl.
