Hello! We are a family of 3 renting our basement apartment. It has a giant bedroom, a full kitchen connected to a living space, bathroom with a shower, and an additional room that could be used as an office. The bathroom is almost finished being redone. The space has a fresh coat of paint and new carpet. There is a separate entrance through our backdoor and a shared washer and dryer. All utilities and internet are included. We are right by the Highline Canal Trail, near Trader Joe’s and a 10 minute drive/20 minute bike ride to the seminary. We have rented our basement to seminary students for the last 10 years and have loved it. We like to warn people that we do have one kid who likes to move when he’s home.
