The washer/ dryer is upstairs and can be used once a week. There is a refrigerator in the garage or you can use your own mini fridge downstairs if you have one. We are three women living in the house ( mother 66, daughter 42, granddaughter 12) and a small dog. We really want to rent to a female and no pets please
My granddaughter has allergies and cannot tolerate the smell of marijuana, so we are not 420 friendly.
There is a shared entrance to the house but you have your own door to the basement.
Rent is $900 a month, $450 security deposit? All utilities are included.
