Housing Board

We are a family seeking a responsible, respectful female roommate to share our home. This is a shared living arrangement in a family household with three school-age children, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable in a family environment and who values safety, maturity, and good decision-making.

The space is a 750 sq. ft. finished basement area that includes:

• A bedroom area

• A living area

• A table/work area

The basement does not have a private entrance or door and includes shared use of the bathroom, kitchen, and common living spaces with our family.

Because this is a shared home with children, we are looking for someone who:

• Has a clean background

• Makes responsible lifestyle choices

• Is respectful of children and family routines

• Is comfortable with clear house expectations and boundaries

We plan to conduct interviews, references, and a background check to ensure a good fit for everyone. Our goal is to find someone who feels comfortable here and who we feel confident welcoming into our home.
