We have a basement apartment, in SE Denver, Monaco and Yale. Looking to find tenant willing to exchange room for some light duties for a 90 year old woman. She is independent and has cleaning services.
Unit includes:
Street parking
Basement room, includes king size bed, queen sofa bed, lounge chair, sitting area, desk, cable TV, small refrigerator and microwave. Private bath with shower.
Shared laundry, kitchen, backyard spaces (upstairs).
Examples of light duties:
move delivery items from porch and put away (grocery, Amazon, Costco)…
-retrieve and put out mail
-weekly trash management (Tuesday evenings)
-as needed transport stuff to and from basement (storage)
-daily kitchen clean up, load and unload dishwasher, clean counters, wash dishes
-in season water 3 potted plants and garden every other day
-miscellaneous pick up, rx, specialty grocery, other
-in season clean up patio weekly (leaf blower and wipe down furniture)
-clean your own area and bathroom (other areas have cleaning service every two weeks)
-there is weekly lawn service and snow removal service
