Basement Room Available for Rent
Hello! We have a private bedroom and bathroom available in our basement.
The Space: Our basement has a full living room, extensive kitchenette (with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, small oven, toaster, hot plate, and coffee machine), laundry room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms both get great natural light. We have a female renter that goes to Denver Seminary living in one of the rooms, and we are looking for 1 more female renter for the other bedroom. We also have an amazing back patio and backyard with a hot tub and pergola.
The Area: We live in one of the safest neighborhoods in Denver. There are lots of young families, big trees and people are always out walking and biking. It is a neighborhood called Wellshire, which is near University and Hampden (only 15 minutes to Denver Seminary, 10 minutes to DTC, 5 minutes to DU, and 15 minutes to downtown).

A little about us: We are a family living upstairs. We have 3 daughters (a 5 year old, 3 year old and 2 month old). We love to be outside, take walks in the neighborhood, and spend time with friends.
